Zoom Meditation
Black Mountain Meditation host weekly free meditation sessions on Zoom. These sessions are open to all - we welcome new people!
The 30 minute morning sessions are entirely silent, beginning and ending simply with a bell.
The Thursday evening sessions begin with 5 minutes relaxed/welcoming time, followed by either 30 minutes silent meditation or a guided meditation session. You are welcome to join at 8pm if you don’t fancy chatting.
We sit every week:
Monday: 7.30am - 8am
Tuesday: 7.30am - 8am
Wednesday: 7.30am - 8am
Thursday: 7.30am - 8am | 7.55pm - 8.30pm
Friday: 7.30am - 8am
All times are UK time.
